Dave Roberts, regional vice president of market strategy for Marriott’s Eastern Region, has been practicing revenue management at Marriott for 11 years. He developed many revenue management diagnostic tools in use today at Marriott hotels. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in operations research from Cornell University, and an M.B.A. in economics from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School.
