A multitude of factors affect pricing behavior and the ability to deliver sustainable improvement in driving profitable revenue growth. Acuity Brands Lighting recognized the need to improve its pricing processes, organizational focus, price management tool set and measurement systems. It became apparent, however, that the transformational challenge would not only demand a more effective tool set and new performance measurement system, but it would require a disciplined focus on change management.
